Hi! I'm Jen! I live in southeast Michigan and I am a mother to three daughters (14, 12, 10). I am a cook at an elementary school from September- June.
I found my hobby about a year and a half ago when I bought an Amigurimi crochet animals and crochet food kit at Barnes and Noble. Unbeknownst to me, I was starting with one of the more difficult forms of crochet and I was left wondering why it took me two weeks to crochet a goldfish (which I never did finish).
I was teaching myself something I knew nothing about, and after a couple of awkward scarves and failed sock attempts (don't even ask!), I started finding simple patterns on Ravelry and All Free Crochet. This worked for me......and I found some things that I was good at.
I immersed myself in the world of crochet and now there is no going back!
I listed a couple of things here at the urging of friends and family. I always just gave my items as gifts to everyone while I was practicing. Then, one of my friends and eventually complete strangers suggested I open an Etsy store. So here it is! My goal is to offer unique, well-made,affordable products that express who YOU are. I always welcome and encourage your design ideas and custom requests.
