A Passion for something Romantic, Feminine, Bohemian...
I’ve always had a passion for making things with my own hands and my hobby of always wanting to make something new and different brought me this desire to open up a shop and since 2013, I’ve been designing and handcrafting beautiful wedding hair accessories and jewelry for brides from my home studio in Finland.
I studied technical design and technology of apparel in the clothing and textile faculty of the University of Applied Sciences. After several years designing women’s lingerie and corporate clothing, I followed my passion for hair accessories and jewelry to create my line.
I’m entirely self-taught and I’m inspired by beauty and its limitless possibilities. I work and learn with my hands, my heart and my mind. I fell in love with the possibilities that came from learning how to sew and how to work with different materials.
My hair accessories are full of everything I do best – organic and elegant designs that are perfect for brides who want a touch of bohemian luxury and modern romantic. I enjoy the entire process of design from the search of materials to creating the designs, to making every piece lovingly by hand.
All the headpieces in the shop are uniquely designed and handmade in my studio with plenty of care and attention to detail. I put my love and energy into each design I create and make hoping you fall in love with them far more than I do.
Handmade is more than a process of construction. It means you can be part of the design process and you can fall in love with your perfect finishing touches because they were made just for you, with your wedding dress and bridal hairstyle in mind. Each handmade piece tells your story. This tale doesn’t have the same meaning when it’s mass produced.
I feel so fortunate to be able to create beautiful headpieces for brides and to be a part of so many wonderful occasions.
