Currectly i accept Etsy Payments.

I ship from Slovakia, Europe.
Shipping will be Slovak post and i will ship within 2 - 3 days from the completion of etsy payment transaction. If it is a ready to ship item.
All made to order items take up to 2 -3 weeks to create and ship. Please have this in mind before ordering.
I do ship worldwide.

The buyer is responsible for correct shipping address. In case that an address is missing or incomplete i will contact the buyer 3 times. If no response i will cancel and refund the order.

Please have in mind that international shipping takes longer. Sometimes it can take a month or more.
I only ship with insurance and tracking. And signature might be required upon delivery.

Please note: I am not responsible for any post delays coused by post office. During busy times such a christmas, easter or other holidays the delivery of an item can take much longer. Please have this in mind before ordering.

In case of a damage package I will require a photo evidence of the damages goods or packing.

I understand that sometimes packages get lost. In this case please contact me and I will solve this to both sides satisfaction.

I do not refund if the package is marked as delivered. In this case you must contact your local post office and make inquaries.

The buyer is responsible for any taxes which may occur in his/her country. I am not responsible for any delays coused by your customs services. I will not mark a package as a gift to avoid import taxes!!!

All of my wreaths and home decor are made in non-smoking but pet loving enviroment. I do have two dogs.
The materials used on my handmade wreaths are considered durable to outdoor exposure if not specified otherwise in the listing itself. Please read description carefully.
Unfortunately, over time as everything exposed to the sun will fade away. Some materials more then others.
All wreaths do best in well covered, sun protected area. Protected from rain, sun, snow or wind. I recommend to take the wreath inside if a heavy thunder storm is approaching your area.
Exposure to sun during the warm summer days will couse the ribbons to fade away faster.

I do accept and love custom orders. i would be more than happy to create something unique just for you. In a case of a custom order i will charge 50% of non-refundable costs.
