Returns & exchanges
We hope you absolutely love every single product we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 15 days after you received the package.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE your order: all items must be in new condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange.
In case the parcel is lost during delivery I will send you the same item or refund the full cost of the order.
If the parcel was returned by our local post office because of you did not pick up your parcel on time, then the money for this order are not refundable

Does the furniture need to be assembled?
The furniture is disassembled and needs to be assembled according to the instructions included in the kit. The assembly key is in the set.
How do I choose the right seat height for my child?
The height of the seat depends on the height of the child. At 3-3,6ft (98cm-110cm), this is a group for 2-4 years, the height of the chair is 10in (26cm), the table is 18in (46cm). At a height of 3,7-4,2ft (111cm-130cm), this is a group of 4-7 years, the height of the chair is 12in (30cm), the table is 20in (50cm).
How do you pack the products? Can it be wrapped as a gift?
All furniture products are shipped in boxes with protective corners. Pyramids, buses, pickup trucks have beautiful color packaging that is suitable for a gift. We can also add a greeting card with wishes.
Is your product certified?
All wood is FCS certified and of proven origin. Also, pyramids, cubes, dollhouses and their furniture have a CE certificate. Furniture does not require additional certification.
Do you use hypoallergenic paint?
We use only certified and safe materials and paints. Which have EN71.3 safety test protocol for children's toys
I can't track my package, what should I do?
Don't worry! When the package leaves our county and is on the way to your destination, some countries posts tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package is lost, it only means that your parcel was not scanned in your homecountry yet.
How can I pay with my card instead of PayPal?
You are able to pay with your card. You just need to:
1. Click Check out with PayPal and you will be redirected to PayPal. Select Pay with Debit or Credit Card, instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account.
2. Fill in your billing and credit card information.
3. Enter your email. PayPal will send you a receipt.
4. Click Continue to return to Etsy.
5. Click Submit order on Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order.
