Do you offer additional stain colors?
Yes, our most used is the Early American Stain, which is in our listing photos. We also have used Dark Walnut and can offer almost any Minwax Stain. Send me a message to inquire further!
My wedding is 2 weeks away, can I get my cake stand by then?
We offer 2 speeds of manufacturing: Rush and Regular. Rush we will ship in 3-5 days and then the shipping speed will depend on what you choose at check out. All other orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. Unfortunately we can only control the day we ship the item, mail carriers may experience delays.
What does nominal dimensions mean?
Our cake stands have a manufacturing tolerance of 1/2" or less, Therefore a 12"x12"x6" cake stand may end up being 11.5" x 11.5"x 5.75".

What size cake stand should I purchase?
We recommend that you always check with your bakery before purchasing our cake stand. We will not be responsible if your cake does not fit on the stand ordered. Our recommendation in addition to the above is that you purchase a stand at least 2" bigger than the bottom tier of your cake.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not. Items will ship via the selected carrier.
What happens if my stand arrives damaged?
Unfortunately, once the package is picked up by the postal service it is no longer in our control. We will gladly try and work with you on a return/replacement, or if you would like to keep the broken stand, we can offer a discount for the replacement stand. All of our packages are insured by the postal service for up to $100, so we encourage anyone who received a damaged stand to file a claim with the postal service.
