Please inspect all items upon arrival. Refunds are issued if the unused items are returned within 7 business days of when you received the item.

Original shipping is not refundable. If your product had "Free Shipping", we require a 20% restocking fee on all returned items to cover initial shipping costs and handling.

Contact me for the return shipping address. Buyer pays for return shipping and shipping is not refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used. We also cannot accept returns on personalized or custom items.

Please contact me within 7 business days for any item replacements.

UNDELIVERABLE / RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

Any package that cannot be delivered to the ship-to address given through Etsy and needs redelivery and/or address changes will incur additional shipping fees. The fees must be paid before redelivery is scheduled. These shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds requested.

SHIPPING DELAYS
We work diligently to ensure that all packages are shipped on time and in perfect condition. Tea and Becky is not responsible for any damages as a result of an error or late delivery due to FedEx, UPS or USPS delays, weather, acts of nature and/or any other instance that also deems the FedEx, UPS or USPS guarantee invalid.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We will ship your order to the address provided on Etsy. If you provide an alternate shipping address through Messages, your order will be canceled and refund. You will need to purchase the item again with the corrected shipping address.

All custom and or personalized stationery orders can be canceled before they go to print. 



If you cancel your order before the design process on the 1st round of proofs has begun, then a full refund will be made. 



If you cancel your order after the design process on the 1st round of proofs has begun, a refund will be made minus a 20% design fee. Additional Proofs are non-refundable.



Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once your item has been sent to print.

Every custom order includes 1 digital proof and your proof will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days after your purchase.

Please note that spelling or other errors that are shown in your approved proofs are not our responsibility. We do not proof read or spell check your submitted wording so please check all details before approving your proofs. Errors due to spelling are not eligible for a return, exchange or cancellation.

I have spent many hours sourcing the perfect fonts for each design to create a beautiful work of typography art. Because of this, I do not share font info.

You are free to use any of my product images for sharing on in magazines, pinterest, facebook, instagram, twitter or blog posts and reviews, if and only if, you add a link back to my shop (www.teaandbecky.etsy.com), include my shop name, Tea and Becky, to your post and (if on click the image has a hyperlink) the image must only link back to the corresponding product in my shop.
