Any AI-use in your store?
I do not use any AI for my product design, photos etc. I try my best to ensure any mockup from other sellers are AI free. I am working towards using my own mockups.
Please do not feed any photos or pins of mine into AI to respect the artists' work and policies.
Gift wrapping and packaging
You will receive your order in bubble poly-mailer and the pin wrapped in bubble wrap. I do not include any specific gift wrapping, but I do try to include a mesh bag if I have any on hand!
Generally, I keep my packaging simple and protective rather than stylish. I would love to make the unboxing experience better but to reduce costs with international shipping and products, I do not use any fancy packaging.
I believe that we should reduce wastage where possible and reuse. Hence, I often collect bubble wrap and match it based on the order. I avoid pin-specific backing cards most of the time and tend to use the same backing card if its included.

What's different about your pins and why is it so much more pricier than some pins online?
Our pins are designed by artists and custom produced with specialised manufacturers. Each design is made specifically for our shop, and I personally oversee the Pantone colours, plating, enamel fills, screenprint details, special effects, and final quality check before shipping.
Please note that our pins are not wholesale/resold factory pins. Some cheaper pins online are mass-produced by manufacturers or sellers who copy and reproduce them at lower quality. These are often simplified versions, such as artwork printed on plain enamel, rather than fully custom enamel pins with detailed metal lines, enamel fills, screenprint, sandblast, glitter, or other finishes.
Our pieces are custom-made, not bought wholesale mass!
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the risk of damage and the cost of international shipping.
EU/UK:
Returns/exchanges are not accepted unless required by law and depending on the product. For eligible EU/UK withdrawal returns, buyers must contact me within the required period and return items unused/in original condition. Buyers must pay for the return shipping (item sent to me). Original shipping, handling, and any paid postage are non-refundable. Loss in value may be deducted where allowed. POD items cannot be cancelled/returned once production starts unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Why is international shipping expensive?
Tea Time Pins ships from Singapore. International shipping rates are based on tracked postage from Singapore to your country, plus packaging materials and handling. These rates may look higher than domestic shipping within your own country, but international postage is a different service.
For context, tracked domestic small-parcel shipping in countries like the US can already cost around 6-8 USD or more, while international parcels usually cost more.
I try to keep shipping as fair as possible and recommend combining items in one order when you can. Please also note that shipping and handling rates also account for packaging materials and platform/payment processing costs.
