I have this every morning when I wake up before work, I swapped out the coffee for this and I can notice such a difference in my face! Not only does it tasty really good, but with the cup and straw it’s super convenient and quick to have before work.

I have always struggle to settle down before bed, and since taking sleep girl, I’ve been sleeping so much better! It’s now part of my night routine! Love love love
