WHERE'S YOUR PACKAGE?
Etsy's estimated delivery time is only an estimate. You will receive a tracking number here in Etsy and a copy delivered directly to your registered email address. We try our best to honor your delivery deadlines, but we cannot guarantee them. If your package is exceedingly late (2+ weeks) please let us know. We ask for your patience when it comes to determining the exact location of your order.
DO YOU HAVE A DESIGN FILE FOR US?
Following checkout an email will be provided where you can send us a design file or you can simply attach a file into convo with your order # and details.
CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS
You can e-mail address changes or send in convo; however Etsy DOES NOT update the shipping address on file whenever we change your MAIL TO address. For this reason, you may still receive an email from Etsy saying that your package is being sent to your previous address. If you have requested an address change before we have shipped the package, we will be sure that it goes to the correct place.

I love this style of wallet, the photo part flips horizontal instead of most wallets which is vertical (my husband hates that). This is by far his favorite wallet he's ever had! Beautiful quality.

We are a US business, based out of Houston, Texas, where the main shop is located. We have grown with Etsy and have expanded our business overseas to accommodated buyers and to be closer to suppliers. We design, develop, produce and ship all our orders. We do NOT use third-party fulfillment companies to handle any part of our business. Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from the 3 locations mentioned above.
