There are NO REFUNDS on any order during this time. PLEASE READ THE LISTING, if the listing asks you to send a direct message prior to ordering and you did not, I will NOT refund the order. If a cancellation is requested for any reason, there will be a 15% fee to process the refund and cancellation.

Please read all item descriptions CAREFULLY and THOROUGHLY so there is no confusion or errors. I ask on a few listings that you message me regarding inventory since some items are not always available and can be delayed or discontinued. If you order without checking I will not refund your order but will ask you for a second choice. Letters provided will not be switched around, items will be monogrammed in the order provided by the customer. Monograms must be left in First initial, LAST initial, middle initial.
If there is missing information, production time may be delayed while I wait on clarification from the customer. However, If no font is given, I will pick one for you so orders are not held up. If Clarification is needed it will be requested through Etsy messages or by text for quicker response time. If no monogram information is provided within 2-3 days, the order will be shipped blank, without any personalization.

I try to match colors as best as I can but if you want a specific PMS color please let me know prior to purchase and I will see how much the up charge will be to get the exact thread to match.

Notes left in the 'Notes To Seller' box are read as orders are being completed; they are NOT reviewed as soon as you purchase. PLEASE PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM ETSY! It is the buyer’s responsibility to address any errors you find on your order: ex; Name, initial order, thread color, font choice, etc. If you have information that needs to be addressed prior to the order being processed, please send me an Etsy message through your order page so I can keep all questions, concerns, etc in one place.

Team D Designs is NOT responsible for lost packages or packages that have not been delivered. You will receive a notification with the tracking number so you can monitor your order. I use the exact address that is given on the order to create a label. Once the item is shipped and leaves my shop, it is out of my hands. Please note that if carrier tracking states delivery, that is also my shop's confirmation of delivery. If the tracking states delivered but the package has not been received, the customer must contact USPS for further information. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim.

If you are sending your order as a gift, I will only print out the gift messages that you fill out during check out. If your order states it is a gift but no message is created the order will not have any paperwork in it.

If an item is needed by a certain date, please make sure to check the “ship by date” I work on this date quite frequently. If you need your order sooner than the targeted ship out date, you will need to purchase the RUSH FEE listing and add to your order or you can select a faster shipping service. Leaving a note at check out that states a need by date will NOT get pushed earlier. I do not always see notes until I am ready to start the order.

Please note that it is an Etsy policy that all communication be conducted via the Etsy messaging system. This is for the protection of both the buyer and seller. Whenever I send a message through Etsy, a notification will be sent to the email associated with your Etsy account. It is important that your Etsy account is updated with your current email address and also the mailing address you are sending the order to.
I ask for your phone number in case I have a quick question or if you want a proof sent. Anything beyond that quick text will require communication to go back to Etsy messaging.

I use various brands to sweatshirts and t-shirts but if I state a brand in the listing then that is what I will use since I give the details of the items and the specs/sizes for that item. If you want a different fabric weight, color and a specific brand please ask BEFORE you purchase. I reserve the right to substitute a comparable item, without notice, if an inventory issue arises. However, any substitute will have the same size chart and basic styling.

I am happy to send you a proof of your embroidery but only AFTER the purchase is made. Due to the time investment that is required to create your order and then send a proof and wait for a reply, I only send a proof if requested and there is a limit of 2 per customer and no more than 2 changes from what you ordered. Ex: the font you want and line spacing (you can change one more time after I send the proof)
