Frequently asked questions
Furniture Shipping
DELIVERY/SHIPPING:
- Shipping is available only to the lower 48 states. Please provide a contact number upon purchase to coordinate delivery with your carrier. Delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, alternate routes, traffic, scheduling conflicts). I will do my best to keep you apprised of any changes that may impact your delivery. Feel free to contact me at any time.
Returns and Refunds
All items for sale from The Driftwood Home are unique and will show signs of wear and age. This is due to the fact that most pieces are antique or vintage. I do ensure that all functional parts (drawers, glides, hardware) are in working condition so that the piece can be utilized to the fullest. I'm happy to send additional photos at your request.
Please be sure that vintage furniture is right for your needs and home before purchase. With that being said, all sales are final.
