TeddiDesignCo is named after Teddi, our micro goldendoodle - the smallest member of the household and the shop's official mascot. These days the desk she sleeps under is covered in watercolor turtles, wildflowers, and storybook animals.

Every clipart bundle we sell is made the way we'd want to buy it: hand-refined illustrations with big glossy eyes and cozy cottagecore palettes, true transparent backgrounds (no white box to cut out), and print-shop resolution - 5000 x 5000 px at 300 DPI - so every design drops straight onto a mug, shirt, invitation, or nursery print with zero cleanup. How do I download my files after purchase?

The moment payment confirms, your files appear on your Etsy Purchases page (etsy.com/your/purchases) and in an email link. Use a desktop or mobile browser - the Etsy app blocks downloads. Every bundle includes a PDF guide with the download link for your full-resolution PNG files; we recommend unzipping on a desktop or laptop.

Can I get a refund on a digital download?

Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final and returns aren't available on digital downloads. That said, if anything isn't working or you get stuck during setup, message us on Etsy - we answer quickly and we'll make it right.

Are the clipart PNGs transparent, and can I use them commercially?

Yes - every clipart PNG has a true transparent background at 5000 x 5000 px, 300 DPI, so designs drop straight onto any color with no white box.
