Update: After reaching out to Etsy, the seller issued a full refund without requiring a return. My issues were eventually resolved but required escalation. Would not recommend if accurate dimensions and reliable delivery are important. —— The couch itself is comfortable and looks nice — if it had been the item I ordered. The listing advertises a width of 82.68”, but the couch I received measured approx. 70.5”, a difference of about 12”. I specifically chose this sofa based on the listed dimensions to fit my space, so this was a significant issue. When I contacted the seller, I was told that a 12” difference was “within their tolerance” and was initially offered a $50 partial refund. I also ordered the matching ottoman, which has not arrived nearly two months later, and the FedEx tracking shows they never received the package

Item quality is good, pretty comfortable when sitting. Very versatile to change into different shapes for various functions. Shipping only 3/5 starts not because of the seller's fault, but UPS only delivered to the first floor of my apartment (my apt does not have a doorman) and I had to ask my neighbor for help to move it upstairs, which was not what I expected. Customer service was great - the seller is very good at communication. The color that I ordered was not available until 3 months from now and he offered another color at a reasonable discount. Overall a good experience purchasing this couch.
