• Issues With Orders: If you encounter problems such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items upon arrival, please contact us within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For such issues, provide clear photographs for evidence.

• Faulty Orders: If the mistake is on our side, we'll bear all costs.

If an order is returned due to a wrong or insufficient address provided by the buyer, you are responsible for the reshipment fee to the updated address. There's a 7-day window for reshipment upon package return. Note: Full refunds won't be given for incorrect addresses, only partial refunds may be available.

• Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you are responsible for the reshipment fee to yourself or your end customer.

In case your item got lost in transit, notify us within 3 weeks following the estimated delivery date. For orders lost over 10 business days (35 for international), we'll replace it for free.

If the package is marked "delivered" but isn't found, it's your responsibility to contact the local delivery service. We'll assist from our side, but replacement costs may not be covered.

• Production: We take 1-3 days (usually 2 days) to print each shirt.
• Standard Shipping: 2-5 days (usually 3 days).

If you need changes, notify us within 1 hour after the transaction is completed. Quick communication increases the chances of accommodating requests.
