All of our apparel is made to order, which means we don’t accept returns or issue refunds unless there’s a problem with the product itself. If your order arrives with poor print quality, a garment defect, or any mistake on our end, we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a refund. Please send us a clear photo showing the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly.

Production and delivery times are shown on each listing and vary slightly depending on your location. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped by one of our trusted U.S. print partners—typically from the facility closest to your shipping address—to ensure quick and reliable delivery.

We currently do not offer expedited or rush shipping options, so please plan ahead when ordering. Orders that are in transit or delivered within the advertised timeframe cannot be canceled or refunded.

Each listing includes a detailed size chart—please refer to it before ordering. The best way to ensure a good fit is to measure a shirt you already love and compare it to the chart provided.

Most of our garments are made from pre-shrunk cotton or cotton blends, though minor shrinkage (about 3–5%) may occur after washing. Blended colors such as Sport Grey or Heather tones typically shrink even less.

We start production quickly (sometimes within minutes), so cancellations are limited.

- Before production begins: Message us ASAP after checkout. If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll cancel it for a full refund.

- After production begins or once shipped: We’re unable to cancel, refund, or reroute the order.

- Custom/personalized items: Final once production starts.

- Address changes: Send the correct address immediately. If the package hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, we can’t edit the address.

- In-transit or delivered on time: Orders that are in transit or delivered within the advertised timeframe can’t be canceled or refunded.
