Exactly as pictured, with so many AI sellers and having been duped for a sign prior to this purchase I was skeptical but it showed up ahead of schedule, packaged well and looked exactly like it did in the photos. Made such a sweet addition to my clinic and have received many compliments. Love it!

Damaged Items
Please do not hesitate to contact me if your item arrives damaged. Some of our smaller items are shipped USPS first class, which does not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance I need to know PRIOR to ordering.
If your item was insured and damaged please send me pictures of the damaged package & item so that I am able to report this to claims. Without this information we are not able to file a claim.
