Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately I have no control over the shipping time since the printing was handled remotely. After checking the tracking information there was an 8 day delay from the time DHL received the package until the time they processed it for departure. This is unacceptable on their part but it is very abnormal. Normally packages take at most 1 business day to depart after being received.
