This policy explains how I collect, use, share, and retain information when you purchase from TeesRealm, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.

Information I receive
To fulfil an order, Etsy provides information such as your name, email address, delivery address, order details, and messages. Payment information is processed by Etsy; I do not receive your full card or bank details.

How I use information
I use this information only to fulfil and deliver orders, provide customer support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, improve shop operations, and comply with legal, tax, and Etsy obligations. I do not use buyer information for unsolicited marketing and I do not sell it.

Sharing
I share information only when necessary: with Etsy to provide marketplace services; with Printify and the selected print provider to manufacture, pack, and ship an order; with service providers required for secure shop operations; or when required by law. I do not send buyer personal information to generative AI services.

Retention
I keep personal information outside Etsy only for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, provide support, resolve disputes, and meet legal or tax obligations. Etsy, Printify, and production partners apply their own retention policies to information they process.

International processing
Etsy, Printify, and production partners may process information in countries other than yours as needed to operate the marketplace and fulfil orders, subject to their published policies and applicable legal safeguards.

Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or request deletion of personal information. Contact me through Etsy Messages. I will respond as required, subject to information I must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons.

Third-party services
Etsy, Printify, and production partners process information under their own privacy policies. TeesRealm is not responsible for services it does not own or control.
