After your purchase, files are NOT emailed to you. You can access directly from Etsy.

FROM YOUR PC:
On the Etsy menu, go to You > Purchases and Reviews > Click the button to "Download Files". You will get a PDF with instructions. Open the PDF for the link to the template(s).

FROM YOUR PHONE/TABLET:
Etsy doesn't allow downloads from the Etsy app. You can still use your phone, but you need to log in to Etsy.com from a web browser (Safari or Chrome). Then, you can follow the same instructions as above.

TEXT: Text can be edited for wording, font, font color, size, and placement (unless specifically noted in the listing description).

ARTWORK: Most artwork is locked and cannot be edited, resized or moved.

COLOR: Background and elements color can be changed on most templates (unless noted in the listing description).

IMAGES: Add your own images or logo - drag and drop onto the template.

PRINTING AT HOME:

Printing multiple labels to a page is possible, but the format depends entirely on the label paper you are using. Most label papers have a print template available to properly format for the sticker paper page.

Check out Avery.com or Onlinelables.com for not only label paper, but also an easy-to-use template for printing.

PROFESSIONAL PRINTING:

Both Avery and Onlinelabels offer printing services. A help article is provided with purchase for more details.

Another professional printer option is Stickermule.com. They have several standard sizes, but offer custom sizes as well.

PRINT AT HOME:

I recommend using a heavy-weight cardstock (anything between 80 - 100 lbs depending on your printer capabilities). A print template with instructions is included with purchase.

For the highest resolution when printing, download as PDF Print from Canva.

Because Canva displays any round labels with a square background, if using a Cricut, it takes one more step to print as a round label.

1. Upload your finished design to Cricut Design Space
2. Add a CIRCLE shape the same size as the square. Be sure to place the circle behind the square label in the layers panel.
3. Select both layers
4. Select "Splice"

You can then print as normal.

If you are running into issues, please also attempt to log onto your desktop/laptop and try using Canva with Google Chrome.

I am here to help, but please understand that I am just the designer of these items and I have no control over the website or app.

Sometimes, I may recommend the best course of action is for you to contact Canva support who can identify the particulars and sort through why you may be having an issue.
