I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Kindly check Spam, Social and Promotion folders, too.
I purchased a digital item and I have an Etsy account.
Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and Reviews section of your Etsy account.
You will need to login to your Etsy account via browser as Etsy app doesn't support downloading our digital files.
I am currently using an Etsy app and I don't see my Digital order.
You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.
I can’t find my download notification email.
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.
Where can I find my digital purchases in my Etsy account?
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
I’m having trouble downloading my files.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us through Etsy Messages for further assistance.
What is an Instant Download ?
Instant downloads are Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
I have paid my order with electronic check
Electronic checks are just like a regular checks, therefore it might take up to 10 business days for your electronic check to be transferred from your bank to PayPal. Your digital files will only be available once the payment has been received by PayPal.
What program do I need to edit my template ?
Our templates are editable in Canva.com.
Canva is a free-to-use online graphic design tool. Use it to create social media posts, presentations, posters, videos, logos and more.
You can use it in your browser or download a free Canva app. Make sure to choose a free option while opening your Canva account. Canva has a paid option too, Canva Pro. All our templates are editable in free version of Canva.
