It has simplified everything for me in terms of organizing my products, inventory, orders, customers, cost and profit management without all the hassle of organizing in separate files. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Because our products are digital downloads, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed. After downloading, your files will remain accessible in your account for future use at any time.
If a purchase was made by mistake, please do not download any files from your order. We are able to verify download activity through our system, and cancellations can only be processed if none of the files included in the order have been downloaded.
Where can I find my digital file?
After checkout, you can access your digital files in two ways:
Etsy will send a download link to the email address connected to your order. If you do not receive the email, please check whether an incorrect or outdated email address is linked to your purchase details.
You can also download your files directly from the Purchases & Reviews section of your Etsy account using this link: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
How does a spreadsheet template work?
A spreadsheet template is a pre-designed digital file created to help you get started quickly with budgeting, planning, tracking, or organizing—simply download it and start using it right away.
All of our spreadsheet templates are compatible with both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, allowing you to work in whichever program you prefer. For specific software compatibility, please check the individual product listing description.
Our templates are fully editable and customizable, so you can adjust text, titles, sections, colors, and fonts to suit your personal or business needs.
I have difficulties to access my spreadsheet or it opens in view only mode, what should I do?
Sometimes Google Sheets may experience temporary glitches. If the spreadsheet does not open properly or appears in view-only mode, please try the following:
In the top toolbar, click File → Make a copy. This will create your own editable copy of the spreadsheet and usually restores full access. If the issue continues, try these troubleshooting steps:
Open the spreadsheet from a computer or laptop
Make sure you have enough available storage in your Google Drive
Try using a different browser
Confirm that you are logged into your Google account before opening the file
If you are still experiencing difficulties after trying the steps above, please feel free to contact us through Etsy and we will be happy to assist you further.
How to download my purchase?
Etsy will send your order directly to the email address connected to your Etsy account after purchase.
Please check your spam or junk folder, as Etsy emails may sometimes be filtered there. If you use Gmail, it is also worth checking the Promotions and Social tabs, as Etsy emails can occasionally appear in those folders.
You can also access your order through your Etsy account on a computer by clicking your account icon (top right), then selecting Purchases and Reviews. Your order and download files will be available there.
If you are still unable to locate your email or order, please contact us through Etsy and share the email address linked to your purchase so we can assist you further.
