How do I access my files after purchase?
Within minutes after ordering you will be able to instantly download your files. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time.
To access your digital files from your account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account via a Web Browser.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
OR
Once payment is confirmed, Etsy instantly provides download links on the email associated with your Etsy account.
The above instructions don't apply to customized items. For customized items, I will share the files with you via Etsy message or email.
Will I receive a physical item?
No. All items in this shop are digital downloads only.
Can I request a custom template?
Yes! If you need a customized template, feel free to message me. I’ll try my best to make it available for you.
Can I use these templates for my business?
Yes — you may use them for your own personal or business use (your own company).
However, reselling, sharing, or redistributing the template files (edited or unedited) is strictly prohibited.
Do you offer refunds on digital files?
No. But if you have any trouble accessing or editing your files, I’m always here to help.

You can open PDFs on mobile, but editing requires a computer/laptop for the best experience.
