HOW TO ACCESS YOUR INSTANT DOWNLOAD
Instant downloads are available once your payment has been confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
Where can I find my digital purchases in my account? To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to your Account
Go to Purchases and Reviews
Next to the order, select Downloaded Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order
I purchased a digital item, but I don’t have an Etsy account.
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you will find the link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase
I’m having trouble downloading my files!
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it is possible that there is an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you have installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact the seller through Etsy Messages for further assistance.
