Zaynab Art Studio~ Contemporary Abstractions~

Where do I even begin?! Can't do a bio in the third person, you know I can't. It's just not right people. It's not! So here I am, a contemporary abstract artist, living and loving in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of Northern Virginia. I started out as a physician but life took me to motherhood and then photography and then phew here we are in the beautiful art world! And I wouldn't change it for anything else! There is no better feeling in the world than painting and knowing it has made a connection with someone! It is a feeling of pure joy.

Art to me has always been that medium that connects people the world over. Nothing stands in its way, no language, culture or background. It is the most beautiful language I have come across and I intend to forever create.

My main tools are my brushes and linen canvas. While I love to work with many mediums, acrylic paints remain my favorite.
