TempusPraeteritum - Our Story

It all began with a genuine love for antiques and the "lost arts" of sewing, weaving, needle work, and the making and re-using of old, but perfectly serviceable things.
From there, these passions grew into a brick and mortar store. Re-use, recycle, and rematch antiques with people who will love them again became our family motto.
A few years ago, we closed our brick and mortar store and expanded into online shopping in an effort to reach more people and share some of our own hand made items as well as showcase some of the nifty, old things and art that my husband, our kids, and I find almost daily.
We hope that you will find something in our online Etsy shop that will ignite your passion and invite you to stop back again and again to see what is new each week!
