My "Standard Shipping" is via United States Postal Service First Class Mail, which takes 3-7 business days, on average. There are options to upgrade, see below. I HIGHLY suggest upgrading to PRIORITY for the extra couple dollars, as it's much more accurate delivery, especially if your order is time sensitive.

For international shipping to Canada and Australia, please allow 6-10 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Guaranteed 1-2 business days depending on zone.

PRIORITY SHIPPING: 2-3 business days (not guaranteed) depending on zone.

PLEASE NOTE: EXPRESS AND PRIORITY SHIPPING TIMELINES DOES NOT INCLUDE PRODUCTION TIME! It is 1-2 days or 2-3 days ONCE MAILED.

**I am not responsible for lost or delayed mail. If ordered via Priority or Express, orders are insured thru USPS for up to $50.**
Refunds and Exchanges
Ten Twelve Designs is not responsible for (postal) delayed or lost packages. Please consider upgrading to the Priority Shipping option at checkout for much more accurate delivery.
