I dispatch within 4-5 business days from the payment received to the address provided on Etsy, from Italy. If you want the package delivery to a different address, please let me know.

The shipping cost is for priority airmail, that hasn't a tracking number, but is a lot cheaper and faster than the tracking mail. If you want tracking mail, please contact me before the payment.

Remember that international shipping can take from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive!

SAFETY:
Most of Tenere Delizie's items are pretty tiny, and not intended for young children who can't distinguish what they are, particularly for miniature food items that may look edible to either children or pets.

Be aware that these items are handmade and that each item should be treated like fine jewelry to ensure a long life of enjoyment.
Tenere Delizie recommends keeping your items in a jewelry box.

The polymer clays are highly water-resistant but they are not totally water-proof, over time, when completely and continuously immersed in water.
Tenere Delizie recommends that you do not wear the jewelry whilst bathing.

Please bear in mind that because these items are made by hand and not a machine, they may be not be perfect, nor will they be exactly the same.
