What do i do if i receive a damaged item?

Damages must be reported to me within 3 days of delivery of item

My custom personalization is wrong?

If you receive your customized ceramic mugs, personalized cotton shirts or personalized ceramic ornaments and the personalization is incorrect, please let me know asap. If it was a mistake on my part I will replace your item.
If I personalize the item matching the information that was left in the notes to seller I can not replace.

Item says delivered but i did not receive?

Once your items or personalized gifts are finished and shipped and in the shippers hands, we do not have control over mis-delivered items. You will need to contact your local post office.

Will I get a tracking number when order is shipped?

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking info when your items ship.

How long till my item(s) ships?

Each item, whether a custom ceramic ornament, men's or women's top, or funny ceramic mug has an estimated ship date in the details. Please be aware of the expected ship date before you checkout.

What if my custom T-Shirt, sweatshirt or Tank Top does not fit?

We try to list size charts on most of our items, if you are unsure of what size to order I will help in any way possible, but I can not replace items due to the nature of our services.
