No. All t-shirts and custom cases are made to order, so refunds or returns are not accepted once an order is placed. Please ensure the t-shirt size and case type are correct before checkout.
❓If my t-shirt size doesn't fit, can I exchange it for another size?
Sorry, no. Wrong sizing is caused by incorrect size selection. Please carefully check your body measurements and use the size chart provided to choose your size carefully before purchasing.
❓ If I choose the wrong type of phone for the case, can it be replaced?
No. We print according to the phone model selected by the buyer. Make sure the case type matches the phone/gadget model you are using.
❓ I have purchased a digital product but the file does not appear / fails to download, what should I do?
Don't worry—you'll still receive your files. Just contact us with your order number. We'll help you until your files are successfully received/downloaded.
❓ If the product you receive is not as ordered or is damaged, is there a solution?
The product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrectly designed on our part. If this happens, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item, along with an unboxing photo/video (unedited) as proof of purchase, and we will resolve the issue.
