Yolanda is very kind and was very accommodating both when I made a mistake with the order and when I needed help with the shipping.

5 out of 5 starsI ordered two of these, one for each of my sons. They are absolutely stunning. Clearly hand made with such care and love. I haven’t seen anything like them after a ton of research. The customer service was so kind and personalized and I felt like our hearts and ashes were in excellent hands. Totally worth the extra cost of shipping to/ from Spain. I really couldn’t recommend more highly.

When you start to give stars on the left side , the rating software cuts you off at 2 stars. For 5 stars, you start on the right side . Neglect my 2 stars

We loved the outcome and believe, it will accompany us for a lifetime and bring us joy!
