Standard shipping is free for everyone!

Small orders within Europe and all orders from America, Canada and Australia are shipped with the Royal Dutch Post without a tracking number. Bigger orders within Europe are dispatched with DHL or DPD with a tracking number.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about shipping prior to placing your order or if you would like to request an upgrade of your shipping. For US, Canada and Australia the price for DHL shipment with tracking will start at 25 EUR.

All orders are beautifully wrapped in paper and shipped in either recyclable paper envelopes or cardboard boxes.

Custom orders are always welcome. You can always choose the colour/colours and the size. In many cases this means that a garment will be made to your specific order and might take some time for your order to be shipped. On small orders it does not exceed 3-5 business days.

If you require special customisation of the garment, please beware, that you will not be able to return your order.

All the items offered by Nutsknitwear Design are made from either pure wool, or mix of sheep wool and alpaca. In order for your purchase to last long and look like new, hand wash it in cold water and lay flat to dry on a towel. If you get caught under the rain or wet snow, don’t put your hat or scarf directly on the heater or the wool will become too dry and rustic. To keep it soft and beautiful, let the garment air dry in its own time.

Your order will be shipped to your Etsy address, so please make sure it is correct. If you want to have your item sent to a different address (to your work place or to a friends address, if it is a gift for example), please indicate the preferred address in the "note to seller".
