From the Depths of Despair Comes Joy Through Creating

Many of you may recall Hurricane Harvey from a few years back. Our house had over 5' of water in it for over a week. Since this was the third flood for this little house we chose to bulldoze it and start over. We rebuilt 10 feet up in the air to avoid any future flooding.

With 10 feet of space under the house I decided to create a new wood shop where I can make stuff to share with people. (I always made things in a small space in my garage but now I would have a space that didn't get sawdust all over my wife's car). Once I was up and going I expanded my hobby into something much more.

Now most spare time is spent in the shop creating small items to share with folks like you. Wooden signs, wood carvings, intricate custom pens, piano key art, and even restoring antique furniture are things I enjoy doing and putting up for sale.

It's a simple story. My hot little wood shop under the house in Texas is where you will find me most evenings and weekends. Creating things from nothing to share with you.
