We ship Monday through Friday from Kaunas, LITHUANIA to all worldwide destinations. Multiple shipping options are available to choose from during checkout.

We do our best to ship orders quickly (often in 24 hours). In order to request a change to either your shipping address or order details, please message us within 4 hours of placing your order for the best chance of securing the change(s). Be specific about the details of your change request to avoid delays. Once we receive your message, we will reply promptly to confirm whether or not the change is still feasible.

Note: If your order has been delivered to the post office, we are not able to re-direct the package to a different address. In this case, your best option is to place a new order with the correct shipping address. If the original package is returned to us (and is not a custom item), we will refund the original item(s).

All bow tie styles in our shop can be ordered in 3 sizes, suitable for adults, kids and babies. Bow ties can be Pre-tied or Self-tie. Each neck size listed below indicates bow tie WIDTH (W), HEIGHT(H) and the minimum and maximum adjustable LENGTH (L) for the bow tie, measured in cm and inches. Some styles are also available in neck ties which can come as skinny, slim and regular - check the details under the listing to see the measurements.

Blankets come in different sizes, you will find the measurements under each blanket description.

We recommend using Shipping Upgrade for urgent orders especially during Holiday Period. Using standard shipping we recommend allowing 10-30 days for delivery to USA/ Canada / Australia / New Zealand. Average turnaround for USA & Canada: 15 days. Average turnaround for Australia / New Zealand: 20 days. But it tends to take longer during Holiday Period so allow extra time for your order to arrive.

*Standard Shipping shipments usually take between 5-10 days for delivery but may take a few days longer especially during Holiday Period. This is a non-guaranteed option. If you need greater assurance that your order will arrive by a certain day, we strongly recommend upgrading your shipping to Urgent Shipping instead, since Standard Shipping delays are very common during this time of year.

Yes! We can almost always, with the exception of a few, make more than what is listed. Please contact us and we can update the quantity for your needs or create a custom order for you with the combined shipping.

If you see a fabric you like but the quantity you need is not possible to add on Etsy just contact us and we'll let you know the exact quantity available or find another appropriate solution for you!

Refunds or replacement items will not be granted for lost packages due to an incorrect address in the Etsy system. Please double check the address on file with Etsy when you check out as we will ship to the address shown on the purchase invoice.

If your order is placed with an incorrect address, you will need to contact us within 12 hours in order for us to adjust this as we ship out packages as soon as possible. If your package is showing a delivery status as "Shipped" you will need to purchase a replacement with the correct address. Or wait for your package to be returned by post back to us and when we'll be able to ship back to your correct address with delivery price covered by you.
