5 out of 5 starsThese are gorgeous calendar prints from the wonderfully gifted artist Ling Chang, who sadly passed away in November 2024. Buy as many of these prints as you can from this wonderful shop, because they are HARD TO FIND. The seller is very friendly and communicative, and she packages each item with the utmost care. This is a great way to experience the joy of Ling Chang's lovely artistry in your home. Individual calendar prints can be framed and reused (just check Google for which years repeat), or simply display them to commemorate an important event in your life. Makes a very special and beautiful gift. I am a repeat buyer from this shop, and I will be back for more. Thanks so much, Pat!

Gift wrapping and packaging
I am happy to gift wrap an item and include a brief note. At checkout, please give me information on recipient, occasion, note to include.
What should I do if my purchase arrives broken or missing a piece?
Please take a photo of the damaged piece in the package or of all the pieces to denote what’s missing. Then send me the photo on Etsy convos. We will decide together the next steps, which may include a return or a full or partial refund.
How do I return an item I purchased from you?
Contact me on Etsy first, and then ship item back within 7 days of delivery in order to receive a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee of 20%.
Must be original item in same condition as mailed. Buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
Sewing patterns have a No Return policy.
Will my package be insured when is it considered Lost?
Packages shipped Priority include up to $100 insurance. Above $100, I can add additional insurance at my discretion.
In general, insurance DOES NOT APPLY unless the package is damaged severely or lost completely, and the postal service doesn't consider packages lost until 30 calendar days past the estimated delivery date. If a package is marked as delivered, insurance will not cover anything as far as missing or stolen mail goes. If a package is damaged please save the packaging since the post office requires photos as proof
What to do if my packages say delivered, but I do not have it?
Buyers must have a secure delivery point. Shipping insurance carriers will not accept claims for packages missing or stolen upon completed delivery. Once USPS makes a final delivery scan, this shop is not responsible for items missing from the delivery location. No refunds or reimbursement are granted in this scenario. The buyer will be responsible for filing a missing package claim with their local post office and/or reporting the theft to authorities.
