Options for size ordering very unclear and ended up with wrong size. Having to return

Good seller, communicative and very helpful. Unfortunately the cup color online was very misleading. I got the "light pink" which looks like baby pink on the page (and in my proof), but in actuality its a bright fuchsia color. When I messaged, I got this huge disclaimer about screens and color distortion. I work in e-comm & that's such BS excuse in my opinion, its the seller's responsibility to describe color, here by name and by photo they describe it as "light" when it is not. I feel misled, maybe they ran out of light pink cups and substituted for this other, brighter version?? On a plus side, cups seem to be good quality and the printing is nice. But they also made me pay a rush fee when it was clearly not necessary as I got them over a week and a half before my in-hand date.

I was supposed to have my order delivered by August 17th it is now August 23rd and they haven’t even shipped my order and my event is in a couple of days and they have not messaged me back. When I went to look at previous reviews other people hadn’t received their order as well. DO NOT order from this company!

I never received my order, even after communicating with them. It was promised to arrive by July 27 but my order was never processed or shipped. And today is August 21. I do not suggest this company.

I ordered these koozies for wedding favors and I give the shop a 10/10! I messaged back and forth with the shop a few times about what I was looking for and they were so responsive and provided proofs along the way with my design ideas. They shipped incredibly fast too. All in all an excellent experience!

The BEST to work with. They helped me change the design until it was perfect and I received the coozies earlier than expected. So, so happy with the customer service and, most importantly, the product.

The cups turned out just perfect and were delivered fast!
