Turning a Passion into a Living
Hello friends and welcome to That Inspired Chick! My name is Amanda Nall and I'm a 30 something-year-old mom and wife. I have 2 boys (5th and 7th grade) and my husband, Craig, is a retired NFL quarterback. We live in an awesome little suburb near Dallas, TX and love being with our family and friends, playing baseball, basketball, golf, football (etc!), going to the beach, swimming, traveling...all the things. We love our church and sweet friends. I love my Lord Jesus with all of my heart and try to live my life to honor Him.
That Inspired Chick began as a hobby a few years ago and has since become a passion and sometimes, I'll admit, an obsession. It all started with one wood sign I made for my kids and has since snowballed into a big mess of pure happiness for me! I am a sucker for all things cute, glittery, distressed, rustic or farmhouse-y (that's a word, right?). I got so tired of seeing cute things all over Pinterest that I wanted so I just decided one day that if they could make it, so could I! I am completely self-taught and have always been that way with things. So setting out to figure out how to do all of this was no different. I was constantly being inspired by things I was seeing on the internet and in stores and realized I'd rather make a version of it myself and tweak it to match what I needed. And thus began That Inspired Chick.
That Inspired Chick is a also a blog! I posted a couple of times a week on things I'm loving, what life is like lately around here, what I'm reading, wearing, buying (I love a great deal!), organizing...It's just my little space of the internet where I can blog about whatever it is that's on my mind.
