PERSONALISATION:
If you are looking for a custom item, then all of my products can be customised, so please feel free to message me to discuss personalisation :)

It has come to my attention that sellers on other marketplaces are using my photos. These sellers do not have my permission to use my photos or recreate my original products. If you see my products or photos used by other seller on any marketplace, these are not That Little Bag Shop products. Shop here for authentic, original and sentimental gifts, all handmade by myself at my home in Wales.

LARGE ORDERS:
I am able to take large orders. Please message me if you would like to order for an event, team or occasion. For U.K large orders you can even send each bag to a seperate address if your team is working from home for example.
All products are handemade/have handmade elements. If you need a large order delivered soon, please still reach out,
I may be able to accommodate your timeframe.

Please message me if you would like to purchase an item that is out of stock or multiples of an item that is low in stock. I will be able to accommodate this.

DELIVERY:

U.K. orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. If you would like to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 1st class, Royal Mail Special Delivery or via Evri (Nov-Dec only), then please message me on Etsy and I can send you a link to purchase this.

Royal Mail can experience delays. I will dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow 10 working days for delivery in the U.K. and 20 working days for delivery outside of the U.K. after you receive a dispatch email.


International Shipping: For delivery's outside of the U.K. I ship using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. This service includes being able to track your order.

Please allow up to 20 days for delivery during the current times.

A MESSAGE TO SELLERS WHO ARE COPYING MY PRODUCTS - Any listing seen to be copying all or parts of my products, titles or listing descriptions will be reported to Etsy. Over the last few months I have noticed an increase in sellers who are copying all or parts of my products. Some sellers are listing mulitple copies within the same day/week. Please STOP. You do not have the right to copy my products and this is very very upsetting as this is my passion. My products have been created to bring joy, happiness and love. Copying my products/stealing my ideas is the opposite of what I am trying to spread.
