We use USPS as our main postal carrier. USPS, along with all other major carriers, are currently experiencing delays. As per USPS’ website: “Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide Covid-19 impacts, package delivery times may be extended. Priority Mail Express® Services will not change. If you would like your package to be shipped via UPS instead, please send us a message prior to placing your order. Make sure to include products and quantities to be ordered, along with your shipping address, and we will send you a quote for UPS’ shipping methods.

Regardless of shipping method chosen, delays are to be expected during these times. If your tracking number has failed to update delivery progress for over a week, or your package is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please feel free to contact us and we are more than happy to help you track it and/or file a claim in your behalf to help you locate it. However, please understand that we are not to be held responsible for delayed or lost packages, as this is completely out of our control. Once we ship your package, we have absolutely no power over how long it will take for it to get to you, but we will do our best to make sure you receive your goodies or a refund one way or another.

OUR HANDLING TIME & PRODUCTION

Some items takes longer than others to be produced. Rush production is available on select items. For details, see individual product descriptions.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US

Pick-up services not currently available. Allow 1 to 7 business days for transit. Most packages will be shipped with USPS as First Class Mail, unless requested otherwise during checkout. If you think you need to expedite shipping, and this option is not available during checkout for a specific product you are trying to purchase, please contact us and let us know product you are interested in, quantity needed, colors wanted, your zip code, and when you need them by, and we will give you a quote for faster shipping methods.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES & PROTECTORATES

Domestic shipping rates are only valid in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories and protectorates might require additional shipping costs.

If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territories and Protectorates, please contact us and let us know product you are interested in, quantity needed, colors wanted, your zip code, and when you need them by, prior to purchase and we will send you a shipping add-on (if needed) with the correct shipping fee. If your order is placed without first contacting us, you might receive a link for price adjustment before your order is sent to production.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US

Rates differ per location and will update on checkout once address is entered. Please note that we are only allowed to set flat shipping fees for products that offer bulk quantity options, therefore depending on your location within your country, additional shipping costs might be required. If this is the case, we will inform you before starting production. If at that point you decide to cancel your order, we will fully refund you for your purchase. If you would like a quote prior to ordering, contact us with product wanted, quantity need, and your shipping address (including postal code). Allow 2 to 8 weeks for transit depending on location and customs policies in your country.

TRACKING NUMBERS FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US

Tracking numbers provided; however, delivery progress might not be available on the USPS website once package leaves the United States. If you would like to have your package shipped via UPS instead so you can track it all the way to your door, please send us a message with product wanted, quantity needed, and your shipping address (including postal code) so we can send you a quote.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES

Importing customs fees, duties, and any additional taxes associated with your purchase upon arrival, are not included in product or shipping prices offered to you here. If it applies to your order, you might receive a separate bill upon your package arriving in your country. Importing fees vary by country and merchandise, therefore we cannot calculate this beforehand. Please contact the Customs Agency in your country if you would like more information.

Please understand that we are not to be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. On our end, we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive your goods in a timely manner. If your package is considered lost by postal carrier, we will either replace items or refund you for your purchase.
