How are your products made and shipped?
All of my physical products (like prints, apparel, and home decor) are created using Printful, a trusted production partner. After I design each piece, Printful professionally prints, packs, and ships your order from the fulfillment center closest to you - this helps ensure faster delivery and lower shipping costs.
Why Printful?
Printful’s on-demand model means items are only made when you order them - helping reduce overproduction and waste. Many of their facilities also use eco-friendly packaging and offer sustainable product options, which is important to me as an independent artist who values mindful creation.
Working with Printful allows me to focus on creating new watercolor art while making sure every product meets a high standard of quality and care.
Where are your physical items made?
My designs are all hand-painted by me in Philadelphia. Once you place your order, it’s professionally printed and shipped by Printful, a trusted production partner. They have fulfillment centers in the U.S., Canada, and Europe to ensure faster delivery, high-quality delivery.
How long does shipping take for physical items?
Production typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on the item. Shipping time varies by location:
- U.S. orders: usually 3-5 business days after fulfillment
- International orders: 1-3 weeks depending on location
Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.
How do I access my digital download after purchase?
Once your order is complete, Etsy will provide instant access to your printable digital files via under Your Acccount > Purchases & Reviews. You’ll also get an email with the download link. No physical item will be shipped.
Can I print digital downloads at home?
Yes! All digital files are high-resolution and print-ready. For the best results:
- Use premium matte or watercolor-textured paper
- Printing in high-quality or photo mode
- Or, take your file to a local print shop or online printing service for a polished finish
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Digital Items: Due to the nature of digital downloads, I don’t accept returns, but please contact me if you have any issues - I’ll always do my best to help.
Physical Items: Printful orders are made to order, so returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or with a printing issue. Please message me within 7 days of delivery if something’s wrong.
