Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each item is custom produced after an orderis received, and therefore I am unable to offer returns or exchanges.All sales from my shop are final. I appreciate your understanding and support of my small business
What type of garments do you print on?
We provide the brand of garment in our size charts included in each listing! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re looking for something specific.
Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery by particular dates, as much is out of our control once the item is turned over to USPS. Items are typically produced within 1-7 business days before they are shipped. We do our best to keep you updated throughout the entire process but strongly recommend ordering early on any time-sensitive deliveries.
Can I cancel my order?
Please reach out to us as quickly as possible regarding any order you wish to cancel. If the item has not yet been produced or shipped, we are happy to process a cancellation within 2 hours of receiving your order.
My item arrived damaged. Can you help?
Oh no! While this is rare, we’re happy to offer an exchange if there is any damage to an order. Please send us a message to our Etsy shop or submit a help request within 3 days of item delivery. When contacting us about a damaged item, please submit photos of the front of the item, back of the item, and the size tag so we can follow up with our manufacturing partner.
My item says "Delivered" but I never received it. Can you help?
Please allow 24 hours for orders to arrive, even after “delivery” notifications have been sent. If your order has still not shown up, please send us a message so we can get in touch with USPS and track down your order.
Do you take custom requests or custom orders?
Yes! If you are interested in having an item in our store customized or having a brand new item created for you, please don't hesitate to shoot us a message!
I accidentally shipped my item to the incorrect address. Can you help?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund.All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to our manufacturing partner and we have no way of recovering them. In some cases, we may be able to reprint and reship your item, however, the buyer is responsible for the full shipping cost on the replacement item. Please message us for more information.
