Art is a way of life

The reason for opening: The art cart shop was because mainly I love art and I've always wanted to find away to share what i'm passionate about with others. I thought to myself what better place to do this then start selling and maybe experiment different mediums see what peoples feedback are. Another main reason i opened was because i knew that being in my junior year (the hardest year of my high school career) i needed someway to save up for a new chapter of my life: Art School. I have always dreamed of going to art school to pursue my dream of becoming a character designer/animator for a well known business like pixar or disney or dreamworks. And yes i could of became a barista at starbucks or the coffee bean if i wanted to but i wanted to save up money in my own way a way that gave me experience in buisness and helped me practice and always sent me on new projects to try new things to please my customers and to please myself. So i opened the art cart shop!

Welcome to The Art Cart Shop! I have always loved creating different forms of art from painting to collage or even from sketching to using a toothbrush to paint! Art has been my passion for as long as i can remember! Etsy has allowed me to share my passion with the rest of the world! I accept pay pal only at this time (subject to change at a later stage) Setting up a paypal is not a brain buster but is actually free and easy! You can have your own paypal account up and running in a matter of minutes!

Please note that if payment is not recieved within 48 hours of making your order, I will automatically assume you have canceled the order and will re-list the item. If you have any questions or concerns about this paypal deadline please don't hesitate to contact me and we can make sure we are on the same page.
Shipping is shipped through standard shipping (most items shipping is not included)
If an order is ordered on a friday i will ship out on the Saturday!
I will try as hard as possible to ship items out within 2 days of the order.

If you would like tracking please message me before you order the item because the shipping cost will be higher than the normal standard shipping!

Please note that buyers are responsible for all custom fees

Another note if you would like it to be shipped through a different shipping servious ie: Priority mail instead of standard shipping please notify me before you place the order because the shipping cost will again go up!
Refunds and Exchanges
I re-check all my mail that goes out and carefully package each item to make sure that everything arrives safely to you.

If you have any questions or need more information regarding a specific item please contact me through etsy before you make your order.

There will be NO refunds for Custom orders. It is the customers responsibility to look over the final product before i ship out to make sure no changes needed to be made! Please note that with custom orders if you are unhappy with an item before it is shipped i will happily tweak some things to please my customers but this is only valid if you message me before it is shipped and i will notify you when i am going to ship out your custom order.

If a refund is needed it will need to be made within 10 days of your order. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs when sending an item back to me and your original shipping charges will not be refunded. All items must be received in the packaging it was received in.

I will refund an item that has been lost or damaged in the mail but will not supply a new one.

Please insure all returned items. Thank you

Additional policies and FAQs
Please make sure your email is up to date so i can easily contact you. Also make sure your address is up to date though i will usually message you verifying all the shipping information before i send out! I want to make sure all my customers are satisfied so please if you see your custom order (via picture) and don't like somethings about it please tell me what you would like to be changed and we can see if it will cost any additional charges.

Please please please leave feedback! I want feedback so i know that your item arrived safely and that you are satisfied with your item. This is to ensure that my business can keep getting better and better. My business will succeed if i can get all the advice i can from my customers and the best way to do that is by getting feedback. Feel free to also message me for anything you are dissatisfied about so i can do my best to fix it.

If you contact me about additional questions concerns comments advice or you are dissatisfied with something i will do my very best to resolve it.
