I want to include 1 personalized birthday plate with my order. How should I place my order?
Please add either the "10 Complete Set" or the "10 Sets +Cup Upgrade" AND add the $5.99 "+Add Name to Plate" into your cart. In the personalization box, add the name of your birthday guy or girl. This will ensure that you receive the Complete Set (plates, cups/straws, napkins) and will include 1 personalized birthday plate in the set.
Need more than 1 birthday plate? Add an additional "+Add Name to Plate in your cart for every plate you would like customized. Each additional personalized plate will be $5.99.
I would like a slightly different design from what I see pictured. Am I able to request revisions to these sets?
YES! Please message me with any design tweaks or revisions you would like to see prior to purchasing and I will do my best to accommodate.

What is included in "10 Complete Sets"?
10 Complete Sets (or the Complete Party Set) includes:
- 10 disposable paper dinner plate chargers with design (9in)
- 10 dinner napkins
- 10 disposable 9oz paper cups
- 10 paper straws.
The Complete Party Set with Cup Upgrade includes the same items as the Complete Party Set but upgrades your cups from 9oz paper cups to 16oz disposable plastic cups and lids. Plastic cups includes the same design as the paper cups.
I need my order faster than the expected ship date? Can you ship faster?
YES! Please message me prior to ordering if you need a quick turnaround when placing your order.
Please see the "Rush My Order" listing on my seller's page and select one of the options detailed below:
1. RUSH ORDER ONLY($9.99)- this option will move your order to the front of my production queue. This option will not adjust shipping times; orders will still ship as normal via USPS Priority Mail 1-4 business days.
2. RUSH ORDER WITH SHIPPING UPGRADE ($39.99)- this option will move your order to the front of my production queue AND will cover overnight shipping costs. Order will ship USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 business days.
Please note: Processing takes 1-2 business days with RUSH service. Saturdays & Sundays are NOT business days.
My tracking shows as delivered, but I don't see my order. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or shipment errors made on the part of our shipping partners. It is rare for orders to scan a package as delivered and it not be there; most of the time one of the scenarios below took place. Please try the following:
1. Check that you entered the correct address.
2. Check around your property.
3. Check with your neighbors.
4. Check with others in your household.
5. Wait a few days. Sometimes the USPS scans packages as delivered too soon and the package shows up later.
6. Call your LOCAL USPS/FedEx/UPS office. Ask for GPS coordinates of delivery and other details made by the driver.

I no longer need my order, or my order arrived after my event. Do you accept cancellations and returns?
If your order was shipped out in time for your event, I am unable to fully refund your order. We work to get all of our orders out in time for your event and unfortunately, we are unable to refund due to delays on the part of our shipping partners. Please keep this in mind when placing short-order lead requests.
In the event that a package did arrive late, or you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped, I am willing to refund your order minus shipping costs round-trip + labor. The refund will be processed once the order has been shipped back and received with no damages or alterations to the original order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders with any customization. Always feel free to reach out with questions!
