Do you guarantee shipping by a specific date?
Because I currently work with fulfillment companies to ship my designs I can not guarantee the shipping date. However I do try my best to work with providers who tend to ship my products out as quick as possible.
Once I fulfill an order with a supplier, the shipping exact timing and is out of my hands and in the hands of UPS or USPS.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
For most of my items I do not offer expedited shipping. Please reach out to me if you'd like to see if I can offer this service. When available I will create a specific order for you with the additional shipping charge.

Do you offer gift messaging?
My store currently doesn't offer a physical gift message option, however one thing I offer when a message is requested is to send a gift message email to the recipient. I just need you to send the recipient’s email to me. This is a sample of what I can send for you:
Dear (Recipient's Name),
Soon you will be receiving a gift in the mail!
Merry Christmas, love Dad
Just let me know and happy to do this for you!
Custom Mock-Up Process
For orders that require personalization I often send a mock-up to the customer to approve. If I do not get a confirmation reply from the customer within 2 days from the time I share a mock-up for approval I will go ahead with producing the artwork. If the customer replies afterwards and requests a change I will be unable to without charging for another product and will not provide a refund if requested. My apologies in advance. So be sure to be on the lookout for a mock-up!
Will I be charged for a second ornament if I order two?
Typically, if the product, or ornament in this case, is sent to one location there is a minimal up charge for the second ornament (or product). If the ornaments/products are each sent to a different location there will be the same charge for each if they are the same product. Different products often have different shipping costs based on size and weight.
My suggestion is to place the order and you will be provided with your total including the shipping.
