What shipping method is being used?
Items will be sent by "Lithuanian Post" within 1 week after payment is received. Mostly, I try to ship a soon as possible. You will get a message from me, after the package is dispatched.
I ship worldwide from Lithuania using registered priority airmail, you will need to sign it upon delivery. The package will be delivered by your national post. You will get a message from us with a registration code after the package is dispatched. US/UK/CA/AUS national tracking systems will NOT show the tracking information.
4-5 weeks has passed. Where is my package?
If you do not get your item in 5 WEEKS, call your post to ask about it. Tell them your reigstration code (you will get it once the item will be dispatched). Most of the time, the package is in the post office, because the buyer was not available while they tried to deliver it. The post holds the unclaimed packages for 20 days! After that they send it back to Lithuania! I can resend it afterwords, but will ask you to pay for second shipping.
In GERMANY unclaimed postage stays in the post office much shorter period of time. So if you did not receive your parcel within 3 weeks, call your post to ask about it!
Can I TRACK my package?
It depends on the country you live in. First of all try the ETSY integrated tracking system. Keep in mind that US/UK/CA/AUS national tracking systems may not always show the tracking information but you may try track it through our national post web page as well.
How long does the SHIPPING take?
IMPORTANT! Because of the quarantine shipping could take up to 10 weeks!
◆ US / Canada / Australia takes 3-5 weeks after the dispatch! Usually 3, but if there are a rush period in the post, it can take longer. On Christmas time - expect up to 5 weeks to reach you!
◆ EU takes 2-3 weeks after the dispatch. (in worst cases 3).
◆ Asia, Africa, South America - 3-5 weeks.
Returns possible?
We will make you a refund, if the planner is not as described.
If you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase, you can return it and receive a refund for the calendar (without the shipping price). The item must be in original (new and unused) condition. Items can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us prior to shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
More than 5 weeks has passed. Where is my item?
First of all call you post to ask about it. Tell them your registration number. If it is not there - write us a message and we will find a solution. This is registered/signed mail, so the search for the packaging location will be started.
