Refunds and Exchanges
I take great care to package my items safely when shipped, but if there were an event where your merchandise was received with a defect, I will certainly do my best to get you a replacement in a timely manner if insurance was purchased with shipping. Additional policies and FAQs
Many of the items I sell come in varied quantities. I would be happy to make a special order just for you in the quantity you are in need of. Simply shoot me an email and I will get back to you as quickly as possible. Most orders can be filled within a day or two. My disclaimer, however, is that it could take up to 2 weeks to fill an order. Rush and special orders will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
