Lost Packages
If a package is lost in the mail/never arrives, the full item cost will be refunded minus the shipping cost since all delivery fees go to the delivery provider and not The Build Plate.
Shipping delay refunds
We are not in control of shipping delays by the delivery provider after we dispatch a package. Therefore, shipping delays and late deliveries will not be considered for refund or partial refund. Feel free to message us if you are looking to receive something before a certain deadline and we would be happy to assess whether a package can be shipped earlier.
Incorrect Address Submitted
If the address on the order is not the current address of the customer, or has a typo submitted by the customer, the customer may inform the seller of the preferred address to use before the item is dispatched.
If the customer informs the seller of an incorrect address after the order is dispatched, refunds will not be accepted.
