What a back saver this little clip is! My newest area rug is also my largest AND thickest, and it was torture to try and push my new Dyson Animal 3 across it for vacuuming. We moved into a new home recently and our Dyson Animal 2 was too powerful for our bedroom plush carpet. We ordered this product and it helped! I needed a little help troubleshooting it because of our particular carpet and the customer service was incredible. They were so sweet in helping me figure out what I needed to do to fix my problem. The customer service was absolutely top notch and their adapter is brilliant.
