I discovered the Cerulean Kitten and met Xena at a craft show. I was blown away by the quality of each piece + I'm a cat lover! Since then my mom frequently gifts me items from Xena's shop - from earrings to pins. Last Christmas my mom gave me an amazing key hook that Xena made featuring two black cats. As I was assembling the hook, I did not realize that I got super glue all over the base and was not able to scrape it off. I was so upset and worried I ruined a cherished, one-of-a-kind gift. I reached out to Xena asking if a repair was possible, and it was! Xena handled everything and was able to add another coat of resin to the hook. It looks better than ever! I could not be happier.
