Frequently asked questions
Problem With Order
Any claims for misprinted or defective items must be submitted within 21 days of product delivery. If you notice any issues with your products, please contact us!
Production and Shipping Times
Production Time: 2 - 9 business days (usually less than 3)
Shipping Times Vary Depending on the Postal Service: Usually 3-7 business days (Holiday production and shipping times may be longer. Please see individual listings and shop announcements for more info)
We cannot guarantee any specific delivery times after the items have been shipped.
Wrong Address
If the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner's facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs due to providing an incorrect address.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If a package is lost in the mail, we'll cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement.
What if my package was not delivered to me but the tracking information states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, TheChronicHopeShop will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
You will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS. Reach out to the carrier to inquire about the delivery. In most instances the package is found by contacting USPS or neighbors.
Refund/Return Policy
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept any returns or provide refunds. If the product arrived damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you after you have provided photos. Please review size charts carefully before making your purchase to ensure you choose the right size. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes.
Note to Seller / Gift Note
Unfortunately we are unable to include gift notes or gift messages at this time, but this is something we're working on.
Any messages provided in "note to seller" will not be printed as gift messages.
Note to Seller / Custom Request
If you have a custom order request or want different words on a shirt, please send us a message BEFORE you order. We will not honor custom requests printed in the "note to seller" if we have not previously confirmed via a message conversation that we can accommodate.
