I created Printable Memory Care after more than 16 years of working with adults living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory impairment.
One thing I learned very quickly in dementia care is that adults with memory loss are still adults. They deserve activities that feel familiar, meaningful, and dignified—not worksheets and games that look like they were designed for children.
That is the heart behind this shop.
I create printable memory care activities using realistic, recognizable imagery and familiar experiences that may encourage reminiscence, conversation, sorting, matching, engagement, and connection.
You’ll find Alzheimer’s activities, dementia activities, memory matching games, reminiscence activities, senior activities, cognitive engagement printables, caregiver resources, and activities for older adults experiencing memory loss or cognitive changes, including those associated with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and Parkinson’s disease.
My printables are designed with both professional and family caregivers in mind and can be used in memory care communities, assisted living, adult day programs, nursing homes, senior living, in-home memory care, or simply at the kitchen table with someone you love.
Many of the activities are inspired by the everyday things older adults actually grew up with—vintage household items, clothing, babies and dolls, laundry, cooking, music, holidays, occupations, hobbies, and other familiar pieces of life.
These aren’t about testing what someone can remember.
They’re about giving someone an opportunity to recognize something familiar, participate in a meaningful activity, start a conversation, feel useful, or simply enjoy a moment of connection.
